Though There Are Some Things we Must Say Goodbye to, They Never Leave Us…

“I thought the most beautiful thing in the world must be shadow.”

“I felt my lungs inflate with the onrush of scenery—air, mountains, trees, people. I thought, “This is what it is to be happy.”

The soon to be close of the Peatonville Asylum is bittersweet…MadPea created yet another incredible adventure and storyline. In the beginning we were all captivated with the horrors of the Asylum, seeking it out from the Bay in hopes of finding the missing residents and the prizes. When we approached its dark gates, its creaking iron forms opening up to reveal its shattered disarray…most of us knew it was too late to turn back. The echoes of “you will never escape” whispered in the background of our minds. The once forgotten Asylum was teeming with visitors from all parts of the world, people making friendships and wandering about together in search of the broken shards and ghosts that lingered about. MadPea has a wonderful way of connecting us all with a story, and the great things about stories, memories, experiences and words is that they never leave us. So though we are saying goodbye to the Peatonville Asylum, we all know that something even more exciting is on the horizon.

Thank you to all the staff of MadPea – Designers/creators, scripters, builders, bloggers, customer service, marketing and everyone involved in the making of the Peatonville Asylum and bringing it to life. Thank you so very much to Kess and Kiana ❤
